赵康，博士，毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院。美国南加州大学访问学者，曾任中国网英文版专栏作者、联合国教科文组织ICT项目顾问、法国驻中国大使馆新闻处媒介顾问、国际劳工组织驻北京办事处联络员、欧盟—中国信息社会项目专家组成员、中国驻洛杉矶总领事馆媒体顾问。研究方向：传播与社会理论、传播思想史。
